Bankruptcy doesn't ruin your credit, it improves your credit.........how?
I know this sounds like the strangest thing you have ever heard. And yet, it is true. Bankruptcy does not ruin your credit it improves your credit. Why? Because you go from debt to no debt. You see, lenders don't care if you pay other creditors, what lenders really want to know if are you going to pay us? Don't believe me? Why is that someone with a 750 credit score and 100% timely made payments on 50k in debt cannot get a loan but someone who just wiped out their debt in Chapter 7 Bankruptcy can? Easy, the lender knows the second person can repay the loan while they are worried about the first person's ability to repay the loan. You see, what you worry about isn't always true. Wes
